Himalayan Brown Rice comes in a sealed packet with a net weight of 500 grams. The product is hand cultivated, harvested and hand pounded, thereby preserving the nutrition of the crop atmost. Himalayan Brown Rice is grown in the middle and upper regions of the Himalayas at high altitude. The rice gets its red color from an anti-oxidant, known as anthocyanin. The rice is also rich in calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, fibre etc. High on fibres make it really easy to digest and maintain balnced weight.
